It was really pleasing to cast a 270 yarder on the 150g at Weymouth in the pouring rain after all the effort i'd put in with this wet spool technique.
The weight loss continued at this time and i was probably 2st down from my heaviest.

Hello I am Kevin Brandwood of the 24-7sac casting team and i would like to say that i have improved by an average of 15 yards after using the xcast for only 3 months, i now have a pb of 240 yards instead of 220, I havent quite got the swing yet as i dont feel the weight properly but i have learnt not to hit the cast to earley so that you use the right hand as a pivot more, since i have done this everything seems easy in the cast with all weights.

Thanks kev B

looks good mate. on youre final swing of the lead
do you push the left hand out to actually bring
the lead ala pendulam style, meaning the lead has
to travel behind you, turn and hit.
